While You Wait... 2.0 is a continuation of our site specific 360 video dance performance series. This project was generously supported by LMCC, Creative Engagement and Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone grants.
This performance tells the story of being in connection through isolation as we faced lockdown. Through open ended prompts our performers interpreted we made a piece about community empowerment that anyone is welcome to view at Inwood Hill Park.
Original composition by Carlos Johns-Dávila was made using field recordings of the park to generate harmonies of the natural landscape into an ambisonic experience.
